Product usually ships one business day after payment has received.

Return Policy:

Items are returnable up to 30 days after delivery of purchased items. All parts shipped initially must be included in the return shipment.  Cost of return shipment is the responsibility of the buyer.

We encourage questions before the purchase of all items.  This way you will be even more certain to buy precisely what you are looking for and exactly what you need.  We will assist you however possible to make this a solid purchase.

Shipping Damage: 

If you receive an item that broken or damaged due to shipping or some other event before its arrival, please contact our customer service immediately for assistance with returns.  Please keep the packaging and shipping box should a photo of damage in transit is required.

To our Valued International Customers: 

All customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.  Please check with your local customs office to identify the customs fees before making a purchase.  We are unable to describe items purchased as "gift" on customs forms. 

Please understand that international shipping from the US may take longer to reach your destination.  So it is wise to calculate some extra time for receipt of your purchase.  It will help to keep these thoughts in mind when you purchase, but if there are any other questions or concerns, please contact us.
