This lovely piece is a vintage bread server -- call it a basket or a tray, whichever you prefer.  Gorgeous detail work in the handles.  Tulip design embossed in center.  The top has a couple tiny surface dings, most likely made from a serving utensil.  The bottom side shows no surface wear.

 

• The tray measures 14" long including handles.
• The bowl is 8" wide.
• Height:  1-1/2" tray only
• Height:  3" including handle height
• Shiny silver-like surface is in excellent condition.
